• Develop, maintain, and manage MIS reports to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely, accurate MIS solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reporting activities.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, providing effective solutions and process improvements.
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to users on MIS tools, dashboards, and reports.
• Participate in Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis and reporting to support financial performance tracking.
• Hands-on experience with DEX and SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) will be preferred.
• Able to perform under pressure
