Technical Support Engineer

• Coordinate with the principal technical support team to resolve complex technical issues and ensure manufacturer standards are followed.
• Provide technical support to Foremen and technicians during vehicle preparation, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Guide technicians through fault diagnosis and improve repair efficiency.
• Support Service Advisors with technical explanations for customer concerns and repair requirements.
• Manage technical support cases, prepare reports, and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, road tests, and final quality checks before delivery.
• Investigate comeback jobs and customer complaints, documenting findings as per ISO procedures.
• Provide on-site technical assistance during emergency breakdowns when required.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, QHSEMS requirements, and workplace safety practices.

Requirements

• B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role with an OEM/Authorized dealership
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and advanced technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues
