Software Engineering Advisor - HIH - Evernorth

The PVS role is responsible for supporting performance and volume testing across AI and OIA platforms, including AI Gateway, LiteLLM, Pega, and UiPath workloads. The role works with application, production support, and DevOps teams to understand testing requirements, develop and maintain NeoLoad scripts, configure load-testing scenarios, execute performance tests, and analyze results against expected load, response time, throughput, token usage, and infrastructure utilization. Responsibilities also include monitoring application and infrastructure performance using tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and NeoLoad Web; supporting AI workload testing using required prompts, LLM models, PTU/token capacity, and test data; troubleshooting execution and environment issues; maintaining PVS scripts and documentation; and providing performance testing results and identified risks to support production readiness.
