Scrum Master – Job Description

Experience – 8+ years.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies

Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective.

• Manage team delivery, dependencies, risks, impediments, and blockers.
• Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
• Ensure Agile practices are followed and drive continuous improvement.
• Track sprint progress, delivery commitments, and Agile metrics.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of SDLC and software application architecture.
• Understanding of .NET framework concepts and application structure.

Exposure and understanding to React applications and Micro Frontend architecture

• Awareness and understanding of design patterns
• Understanding of cloud frameworks, cloud concepts, and cloud-based applications, with focus on Azure and GCP
• Basic understanding of CI/CD, source control, build, testing, and deployment.
• Understanding of DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker and similar tools.
