Position Overview

State of TN is seeking two Service Desk Personnel to provide IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, manage service tickets, and assist users with hardware, software, network connectivity, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

• IT Help Desk & Customer Support
• IT call center experience preferred.
• Handle up to 30 calls per day.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Manage and assign tickets using ServiceNow.
• Active Directory Management
• Navigate different Organizational Units (OUs).
• Look up user attributes.
• Reset passwords and unlock user accounts.
• Printer Administration & Troubleshooting
• Manage server print queues and local print queues.
• Troubleshoot printer-related issues.
• iOS Device Management & Support
• Set up and deploy new iPhones and iPads.
• Reset iTunes accounts and network settings.
• Perform device data backup and restoration.
• Video Conferencing Support
• Cisco WebEx.
• Microsoft Teams.
• Cisco Presence video solutions.
• Network Troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot internal and external connectivity issues.
• Support VPN, LTE, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Application Troubleshooting
• Resolve account permission issues.
• Troubleshoot compatibility settings.
• Identify browser-based versus installed application issues.
• Remote Support
• Microsoft Remote Assistance (MSRA).
• Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
• Microsoft Teams and WebEx.
• Hardware Deployment
• Assist with hardware deployment and related support activities.
