  • Oversee the planning, implementation, rollout, and adoption of AI-powered workplace tools.
  • Ensure AI deployments align with organizational governance, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Project & Program Management
  • Manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams using Hybrid Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) and traditional project management tools to track project activities and deliverables.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, implementation schedules, milestones, and deployment timelines.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project- and program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI workplace tools through structured change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with User Education, IT, Security, Compliance, and Business teams to support successful deployments.
  • Coordinate project communications, end-user training, knowledge transfer, and operational support activities.
  • Develop strategies to improve user engagement, adoption rates, and overall AI tool effectiveness.
  • Support AI enablement initiatives and measure business value realization.
  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption across geographically distributed teams.
