Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on software development experience using Java, Python, or comparable backend technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, and RDBMS is mandatory.
• Strong architectural review experience, including evaluating application solutions for scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience with automation, building AI agents, Spec-Driven Design, and AI-enabled SDLC (AI SDLC).
• Experience developing modern user interfaces using React, Angular, TypeScript, or equivalent frameworks.
• Demonstrated ownership of production applications or platform services from solution design through deployment and operational support.
• Experience designing and developing APIs, distributed systems, asynchronous integrations, and relational or NoSQL database solutions.
• Practical experience developing LLM-enabled applications, AI agents, retrieval workflows, or AI-powered automation solutions.
• Experience working with containers, Kubernetes or equivalent orchestration platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure/configuration as code.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, secrets management, secure coding practices, and data protection.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve application, database, network, dependency, performance, and reliability issues.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions, architecture choices, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
