Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega LSA/CSSA Consultant with strong expertise in Pega Constellation, Commercial Insurance, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega applications while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) or CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) Certification
• Strong experience with Pega Constellation Framework
• 10+ years of Pega development and architecture experience
• Insurance domain expertise, preferably in Commercial Insurance
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, workflows, case management, and decisioning
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Preferred Skills

• Commercial Insurance domain experience
• GenAI / AI implementation experience
• Experience integrating AI-driven solutions within Pega applications
• Cloud deployment and modernization experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega-based enterprise solutions
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams
• Develop applications using Pega Constellation architecture
• Integrate external systems using APIs and web services
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and design standards
• Support testing, deployment, and production releases
