What you have

Required Qualifications

• Must have 6+ proven experience delivering and supporting/maintaining the Workday platform
• Strong experience in Workday delivery and release readiness management, as well as experience in tenant management and coordination.
• Workday Integration methods, monitoring experience
• Experience with tenant and QA tools such as Kainos a big plus.
• Experience facilitating and managing Workday in an offshore support model, 24x7 model is preferred.
• Problem management and triage experience with proven results/outcomes
• Proven project management skills – plan, organize, lead, track & report.
• Advanced knowledge of the use of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Advanced knowledge of development management IT service management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Remedy, ServiceNow (HR), , SharePoint).
• Working knowledge of Visio.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service.
• A minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience working with Workday HCM system support experience is a firm requirement.
• Practitioner knowledge of HR business processes (ex., Talent acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, etc.) highly desired.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues using best practices to support live applications
• Prioritizes compliance, security, and scalability of data systems.
• Executes strategies to restore services promptly and address disruptions.
• Addresses QA challenges by applying best practices in testing and compliance.
• Validates requirements and constraints to support effective development and operations.
• Monitors and addresses security policy violations using best practices.
