ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – AI Orchestration or equivalent ServiceNow AI Platform certification

Required Skills

  • ServiceNow AICT / IRM – Implementation, architecture, governance, and operating models.
  • ServiceNow Data & Integration Architecture – Service Graph, REST APIs, import sets, transform maps, and reconciliation.
  • CMDB / CSDM – Data modeling, identification rules, and duplicate prevention.
  • AI Governance & Risk Management – Risk assessments, controls, attestations, residual risk, and exception management.
  • Data Ingestion & Evidence Management – Authoritative-source mapping, controlled ingestion, evidence integration, and error handling.
  • Technical Leadership – Solution design, configuration governance, release validation, and quality reviews.
