Position Overview

We are seeking a senior AI Governance Process Lead with extensive ServiceNow architecture, AI Control Tower (AICT), IRM, and enterprise integration experience. The ideal candidate will lead AI governance framework development, technical architecture, risk management, and platform integration initiatives.

Required Certification

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – AI Orchestration or equivalent advanced ServiceNow AI Platform certification.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong senior-level ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) and IRM.
• Expertise in AI governance, risk assessment, controls, attestations, and exception management.
• Strong knowledge of Service Graph Connectors, REST APIs, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, data reconciliation, identification rules, and duplicate prevention.
• Expertise in controlled data ingestion, evidence integration, and error handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI governance frameworks, lifecycle processes, roles, controls, and operating models.
• Lead ServiceNow AI Control Tower architecture, configuration, release validation, and technical governance.
• Establish AI risk assessment, control validation, attestation, and residual-risk management processes.
• Define authoritative data sources and enterprise integration strategies.
• Oversee ServiceNow data integrations, reconciliation, evidence management, and data quality.
• Lead solution design, architecture reviews, technical decisions, and quality assurance.
• Drive governance adoption and operational readiness across the organization.

A senior ServiceNow architect with strong AI governance, AICT, IRM, CMDB/CSDM, and enterprise integration expertise, capable of translating governance requirements into scalable technical solutions and operational processes.
