Job Description

Seeking a Senior ServiceNow AI Governance Process Lead to drive AI governance, risk management, and platform architecture. The candidate will lead AI Control Tower (AICT) and IRM solution design, define governance frameworks and controls, establish AI lifecycle processes, and ensure secure, reliable data integration and evidence management.

Mandatory Skills

  • ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) and IRM Implementation
  • Senior ServiceNow Architecture and Technical Governance
  • CMDB, CSDM, and Service Graph
  • REST APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Reconciliation
  • AI Governance, Risk Assessment, Controls, Attestation, and Exceptions
  • Authoritative Source Mapping and Controlled Data Ingestion
  • Evidence Management, Error Handling, and Data Quality
  • AICT Application, Plugins, Releases, Roles, and Lifecycle Management

Required Certification
