Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Solution Architect with strong hands-on Java development expertise and experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based application development, ReactJS, full-stack architecture, and modern software engineering practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining technical architecture, guiding development teams, establishing coding standards, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, maintainable, and scalable applications. This role requires a combination of architectural expertise, practical development experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures using Java and modern enterprise technologies.
• Define technical architecture, application design patterns, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Java on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend.
• Develop and review RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration components.
• Evaluate technical requirements and recommend appropriate frameworks, tools, and architectural approaches.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and guide developers in resolving complex technical challenges.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, maintainability, and reliability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements to application architecture and database interactions.
• Support application integration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Establish reusable components and architectural standards to improve development efficiency and software quality.
• Stay current with modern Java technologies, frontend frameworks, cloud-native architecture, and software development best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and enterprise application development.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and application deployment processes.
• Understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and distributed application design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale, distributed, and cloud-native applications.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized application deployments.
• Knowledge of messaging platforms and asynchronous application integration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Previous experience leading development teams or providing technical architecture guidance.
