Must-Have Skills

  • P&C Insurance experience mandatory; reinsurance preferred.
  • Strong Data Warehousing and ETL experience.
  • Advanced SQL – complex queries and multi-table joins.
  • Source-to-Target Mapping.
  • BRD, FRD, and functional documentation.
  • Data analysis, profiling, and validation.
  • Jira and experience supporting testing and production releases.

Role Summary

Technical BA responsible for requirements gathering, SQL-based data analysis, ETL mapping documentation, collaboration with data modelers, and testing/release support.

Preference

Local candidates available for 3 days onsite in Warren, NJ.
