D365 CE Developer (Plugins/PCF)

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and related modules).
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and business process automations using C# and .NET.
• Build and deploy PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions.
• Configure business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles within D365 CE.
• Design and develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations aligned with best practices.
• Support data migration activities and deployment processes across environments.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business stakeholders, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare technical design documents and maintain development standards and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• C#
• .NET Framework/.NET Core
• JavaScript/TypeScript
• Dynamics 365 CE SDK
• Power Platform
• Proven expertise in:
• Plugin Development
• Custom Workflow Activities
• PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
• Model-Driven Apps
• Power Automate
• Experience with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Web API.
• Strong understanding of solution management and ALM practices.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Microsoft PL-400 certification is mandatory.
