Description

Seeking a skilled developer with experience in configuring policy management systems. This full-time role is based in Cincinnati, OH, and involves working with business requirements, implementing integrations, and ensuring quality delivery. Candidates should have experience with configuration tools and programming languages relevant to policy management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize policy management systems using appropriate configuration files and product models.
  • Implement policy lifecycle components such as submissions, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Develop and enhance user interface screens, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Support integrations with other systems using web services and plugins.
  • Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and code reviews.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in policy management system configuration.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and configuration files related to policy management systems.
  • Experience with business rules, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Understanding of XML web services and database basics.
  • Experience in property and casualty insurance processes.
