Position Overview

The Engineering Lead will own end-to-end engineering for the capability build arm, overseeing engineering teams, sprint execution, technical delivery, and day-to-day development activities. This individual will be responsible for engineering quality, technical decisions, delivery performance, and ensuring platform capabilities are delivered in alignment with the overall Nova roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery across multiple development teams.
• Oversee build teams, sprint execution, and day-to-day technical delivery.
• Drive engineering quality, technical decisions, and delivery performance.
• Partner with Product Management to define clear requirements and delivery priorities.
• Ensure engineering solutions align with target-state architecture and platform standards.
• Lead and coordinate delivery, platform, product, quality, and DevSecOps teams.
• Drive cloud-native platform engineering and modern software development practices.
• Manage complex program delivery while maintaining quality and execution standards.
• Support the development of a best-in-class PBM adjudication platform.
• Make effective technical and delivery decisions in uncertain and rapidly changing environments.

Required Qualifications & Must-Have Skills

Candidates must have 10 years of experience and demonstrate strong engineering leadership and enterprise platform delivery experience.
