Job Description

This role supports a growing internal design team by delivering high-quality UI design across mobile and web products, working cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and solve complex design challenges.

Job Summary

• Design polished, high-quality UI experiences with a strong emphasis on mobile-native patterns and B2C aesthetic sensibility.
• Translate loosely defined requirements into clear, actionable design solutions using Figma.
• Independently gather and clarify requirements from product managers, developers, clinicians, and other stakeholders without waiting for detailed direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design approaches and drive work through ambiguity to resolution.
• Leverage AI tools, including Claude, to support and accelerate design workflows.
• Adapt quickly across multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
• Contribute to an internal design team supporting a digital experience group within a large organization.

Minimum Requirements

• 5-7 years of UI design experience with a strong, demonstrable portfolio of high-polish work.
• Proficiency in Figma as a primary design tool.
• Proven experience designing for mobile-native applications.
• Ability to independently define problems, gather requirements, and move work forward with minimal oversight.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience transitioning design language from B2B to B2C aesthetics.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, particularly using Claude.
• Background working within or alongside product and engineering teams in a large organization.
• Experience designing for healthcare or similarly complex enterprise domains.
