Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement agentic AI solutions using Python and frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.

Lead and guide a team of ASDEs in building agentic AI applications and orchestration workflows.

Design multi-agent architectures, workflow orchestration, tool integrations, and AI-driven automation solutions.

Integrate LLMs, APIs, external tools, and enterprise systems into agentic AI workflows.

Work with Slingshot Studio Workflow Builder and understand its APIs and integration capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability of agentic AI applications.

Follow best practices for Python development, debugging, testing, and code reviews.

Support technical decision-making, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor team members.

Required Skills-

Strong hands-on experience in Python development.

Practical experience with at least one agentic

AI framework, such as

Google ADK (preferred)

LangGraph

CrewAI

Other similar agentic AI frameworks

Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts, LLM-based applications, and AI workflow orchestration.

Experience integrating APIs, tools, and external services into AI applications.

Ability to lead technical development and guide junior engineers.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills-

Experience with Google ADK and multi-agent orchestration.

Familiarity with workflow builders, especially Slingshot Studio.

Experience with LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI solutions.

Knowledge of AI application deployment, monitoring, and production best practices.
