MUST

5+ years of experience with data engineering, ML engineering and solution engineering

Heavy Python and SQL coding experience

Strong ability with ML and LLM production in live systems as well as prototypes

Experience building adapted pipelines that generate synthetic data for training and evaluation

Proven ability to build and prepare production-ready datasets with consistent formatting, documentation, and QA checks

Solid experience integrating systems through APIs and built custom tools for unusual technical needs

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to be client facing and

Strong problem-solving skills and highly analytical

High attention to details and extremely organized

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience

DUTIES

Ideal candidate will help our client to improve upon current ML/LLM models

Take vague customer requirements and turn them into technical specs, workflows, and working solutions

Help to design and build and fix evaluators that score model outputs, both automated (rule-based and LLM-as-judge) and human-reviewed

Help improve human-in-the-loop review workflows and knows how to make them faster and more consistent

Help to define and tweak quality metrics and measurement frameworks that check whether datasets and model outputs meet a target bar
