Build AI-native systems for government

Shipped and operated production software. What you have accomplished matters more than years

of experience.

Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, C++, or similar, with practical experience

across APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

Hands-on experience building AI applications or workflows and using AI tools to develop software. You

can explain the architecture, evaluate model behavior, and test and debug unreliable or failed outputs.

You simplify systems, debug unfamiliar code, earn customer trust, and make progress with incomplete

information.

An active U.S. security clearance at Top Secret or higher, or willingness to obtain or upgrade to Top Secret

or higher.

DUTIES

Work directly with government users to understand workflows, choose the problem worth solving, and

agree on success criteria.

Use AI tools to build and iterate quickly. Develop applications and data pipelines, and integrate AI into

customer workflows through retrieval, tool use, and model evaluation.

Own architecture, interface, data quality, permissions, testing, deployment, and production behavior. Make

systems secure, reliable, and maintainable.

Lead customer working sessions and demonstrations, explain tradeoffs, and act on feedback. Measure user

benefit and turn recurring needs into reusable capabilities.
