- Maintain detailed schedules reflecting affected components, functions, timelines, and cost impacts of changes.
- Partner with team members across multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates.
- Monitor project progress, proactively communicate issues to affected areas, and ensure appropriate steps are in place to meet schedules.
- Recommend solutions and alternatives when project challenges arise.
- Guide teams through the creation of project charters, including scope alignment and ways of working.
Team & Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams located across the U.S., India, and Slovakia.
- Partner closely with both engineering and technical product owners on each project.
- Manage multiple teams and multifunctional members across business and engineering groups.
- Typically manage 2-3 concurrent projects, with an annual volume of roughly 8-10 projects depending on Agile sprint frequency.
- Work in an environment with challenging to very challenging project complexity.

- 8+ years of direct project management experience working with software engineering teams in an Agile Software Development methodology, alongside business partners and product managers, including full ownership from project inception.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end program management within a cross-functional matrix organization, with the ability to align teams and lead them to consensus.
- Proven experience with project management fundamentals, including project charters, scheduling, and planning through successful completion.
