About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SFDC Developer to join our client's team in the tech industry. In this role, you will contribute to developing and maintaining Salesforce CPQ solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality solutions that enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand use cases and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to build pragmatic and resilient solutions, considering upstream and downstream impacts.
• Provide ongoing support and training to IT and business stakeholders.
• Work with Project and Product Managers to create pragmatic schedules and champion development standards.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ Development/Configuration.
• Proficiency in Apex programming, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura and LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce platform features, REST APIs, and web services.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and CI/CD implementation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience with conventional programming languages such as Java, C#, Python.
• Knowledge of security and governance (profiles, permission sets, data visibility).
• Advanced Salesforce experience with Classic and Lightning components.
