About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our client's team in the tech sector. In this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and support critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand use cases and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop pragmatic and resilient solutions considering upstream and downstream system impacts.
• Provide ongoing support and training to IT and business stakeholders by evolving and maintaining application functionality and business processes.
• Work with the Project Manager & Product Manager to create pragmatic schedules and champion development standards.
• Collaborate with team members across APAC, EMEA, and the US.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ Development/Configuration.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including configuration and customization.
• Experience in Salesforce implementation with proficiency in Apex programming, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), SOQL, REST APIs, and web services.
• Experience with designing, developing, and testing RESTful APIs for integrations.
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Implementation and design experience for CI/CD, observability, and test automation for Salesforce CPQ.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Good algorithms knowledge and excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience with at least one conventional programming language such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Advanced Salesforce experience with Classic and Lightning components.
• Knowledge of security and governance (profiles, permission sets, data visibility, sharing settings).
• Experience with the life cycle of development including Salesforce deployment/packaging.
• Understanding of best practices on coding standards, deployment, and governance.
