Senior Full-Stack Engineering Lead — Application Experiences

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead a small development team and own te architecture, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered applications built on our platform. You will build intuitive, enterprise-ready web experiences that integrate AI capabilities with backend services and business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own application architecture, technical roadmap, and end-to-end delivery from prototype to production.
• Lead development of responsive, intuitive web applications that integrate AI capabilities into business workflows.
• Design and implement frontend and backend application patterns, API integrations, and reusable components.
• Deliver reliable AI-powered experiences, including streaming responses, long-running workflows, and human review processes.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, performance, and application reliability.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a small development team while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building production web applications.
• Experience leading engineering teams and owning technical architecture and delivery.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks, such as reach or Vue.
• Experience with web application architecture, REST APIs, backend integrations, and asynchronous services.
• Hands on experience building AI-powered applications using LLMS, agents, conversational interfaces, and RAG.
• Strong understanding of web performance, responsive design, accessibility, and application reliability.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions and deliver in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
