  • Partner with account management and operational teams to support product performance and client objectives.

  • Lead product-related projects and initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Coordinate with operations, compliance, technology, and client-facing teams to execute product initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide leadership through project ownership, collaboration, and subject matter expertise.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in product administration, pricing, actuarial analysis, insurance, warranty, or financial analytics.
  • Experience owning product, pricing, or analytical initiatives from initial analysis through implementation.
  • Strong understanding of product economics, loss ratios, claims performance, reserves, pricing methodologies, and profitability analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience utilizing SQL and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience leading projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience with product launches, contract development, rate actions, or state regulatory considerations.
  • Familiarity with reinsurance structures and product risk management.
  • Experience with Python, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled analytical tools.

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly analytical with strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and operates independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborative, professional, and confident communicating with stakeholders.
