Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 10+ years of full-stack development experience and strong expertise in Angular and Python. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership, own application architecture, guide development teams, and drive the delivery of scalable, high-performance applications.

• Lead full-stack application development, technical architecture, and implementation using Angular and Python.
• Design and develop frontend architectures, Micro Frontends (MFE), reusable components, and scalable design systems.
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, and scalable applications using Python and FastAPI.
• Define and govern technical designs, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and Solution Architecture Design (SAD).
• Establish coding standards, review code, and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.
• Lead technical reviews, mentor developers, manage complex user stories, and oversee module delivery.
• Perform code debugging, unit testing, defect analysis, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Review technical documentation, test plans, test cases, and implementation deliverables.
• Coordinate application releases, configuration management, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with customer architects and development teams on technical design decisions and solution implementation.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Hands-on technical leadership, team mentoring, and application architecture ownership.
• Advanced Angular (v20+) development experience.
• TypeScript, RxJS, and Angular frontend architecture.
• Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture and implementation.
• Reusable UI components and component/design systems.
• Python 3.12+ backend development.
• FastAPI framework.
• REST API design and development.
• Scalable application and backend service architecture.
• HLD, LLD, and solution architecture design.
• Code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and defect management.
• Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry experience.
• Experience working with enterprise application development environments.
• Experience with design patterns, reusable components, and application performance optimization.
• Experience with configuration management, release management, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with data modeling, DBMS, and application integration.
• Experience supporting distributed development teams across US and Canada time zones.
