In this role, you will work closely with our Operations, DevOps, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to maintain and improve the reliability and performance of our platforms.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting complex technical issues, working independently on operational tasks, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve our infrastructure.

You will contribute to building scalable, resilient systems while balancing the need for continuous product delivery with production stability.

What you'll work on

  • Production reliability: Monitor, maintain, and improve the availability, performance, and stability of our production environments.
  • Incident management: Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  • Monitoring and observability: Build and improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and reporting to proactively identify issues.
  • Automation: Develop scripts and automated workflows to reduce manual operational tasks, improve efficiency, and minimize human error.
  • Infrastructure management: Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot containerized applications and infrastructure.
  • Service reliability: Collaborate with internal teams to define, monitor, and improve SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs.
  • Performance optimization: Identify bottlenecks and contribute to improving system performance, scalability, and resource utilization.
  • Disaster recovery: Support the development, testing, and automation of backup and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Continuous improvement: Contribute to improving deployment processes, operational procedures, and infrastructure reliability.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation, incident reports, and operational runbooks.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and Customer Support teams to troubleshoot issues and support production releases.

What we look for

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar technical role.
  • Solid hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Linux-based systems.
  • Practical experience working with Docker and Kubernetes, including deploying, managing, and troubleshooting containerized applications.
  • Experience using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages for automation and operational tasks.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, or similar solutions.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting production environments, including incident investigation and resolution.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems such as Git, and automated deployment processes.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience working with at least one cloud provider.
  • Ability to independently investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving system reliability.
  • Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed technical teams.
  • Willingness to participate in scheduled shifts and on-call rotations to support production availability.

You'll stand out if you have

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
  • Experience managing databases and data platforms such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, or ArangoDB.
  • Experience with advanced Kubernetes administration, cluster troubleshooting, or infrastructure scaling.
  • Experience implementing or improving SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and incident management processes.
  • Familiarity with security practices, access management, and tools such as Keycloak.
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning, high-availability architectures, or performance testing.
  • Experience working with distributed systems, microservices, or complex cloud environments.
