About The Job

• The Azure Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• This role focuses on Azure infrastructure, automation, governance, monitoring, and operational support, ensuring cloud platforms are reliable, performant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Azure cloud services, infrastructure provisioning, scripting, automation, and troubleshooting across enterprise environments.
• The role also involves collaboration with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to support cloud adoption and modernization initiatives.

• Proficiency in English

Essential Job Functions

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
• To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue.
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts.
• To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases.
