About The Job

• The DevOps Engineer acts as a bridge between software development, infrastructure, and operations, with a strong focus on building secure, scalable, and automated delivery pipelines.
• This role involves designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, integrating Azure DevOps, implementing application and infrastructure deployment automation, and ensuring quality, security, and governance across the software delivery lifecycle.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pipeline automation, cloud and infrastructure provisioning, security scanning, code quality integration, and scripting across enterprise environments.

Essential Job Functions

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
• To provide support for complex incidents, escalated by analysts, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical & security issues.
• To work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analyst.
• To resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless operations & security posture.
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution, minimum rejected resolutions / reopen Cases and mitigating security threats.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in pipeline automation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps integration.
• Experience in cloud and infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience implementing application and infrastructure deployment automation.
• Experience with security scanning and code quality integration.
• Experience with scripting across enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in English.
