Position Summary

The candidate must understand networking well enough to work independently with network engineers and translate their requirements into backlog items and user stories.

Required networking domain knowledge and Agile backlog ownership.

he Product Role – Networking Connectivity & Services provides end-to-end product ownership across networking capabilities, including Telecom & Hardware, Network Infrastructure, and Network Services. The role is accountable for establishing product direction, managing the roadmap and backlog, prioritizing demand, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring technology investments deliver intended business and operational outcomes.

The Product Analyst partners with stakeholders, network engineering teams, architects, and delivery resources to balance strategic initiatives, operational needs, lifecycle requirements, resiliency, risk remediation, and technical investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and priorities for Networking Connectivity & Services.
• Manage demand and prioritize work based on business value, risk, operational impact, lifecycle needs, dependencies, and available capacity.
• Maintain an integrated view of work across Telecom & Hardware, Network Infrastructure, and Network Services.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into clearly defined initiatives, requirements, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and visibility into priorities, roadmap, delivery status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Participate in backlog refinement, planning, demonstrations, and other applicable Agile delivery activities.
• Measure product outcomes and identify opportunities to improve networking capabilities, service reliability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum or product-based delivery models.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate business and operational needs into technology priorities while effectively partnering with technical engineering teams.
