• Genesys Cloud CX: Strong hands-on configuration and support experience.
• ACD & Call Flows: Experience with inbound/outbound routing and call flows.
• Telephony: Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, WebRTC, and SBC.
• API Integration: Experience with APIs, webhooks, REST, and SOAP.
• Salesforce Integration: Experience integrating Genesys with Salesforce.
• ServiceNow Integration: Experience integrating Genesys with ServiceNow.

Minimum Experience Requirements

• 7+ years in Database Technology.
• 7+ years in Genesys Engage.
• 7+ years in Genesys Inbound Voice.
