PGS Worldwide is seeking Secret-Cleared Systems Integration & Test Engineers – Munitions Flight Test in Grand Prairie, Texas for an approximately one-year onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. These positions will support advanced integrated air and missile defense development, with a strong focus on ground-launched missile and munition flight testing, system integration, and verification and validation.

Required Skills

• Active U.S. Government Secret or Top Secret clearance required to start.
• 10+ years of experience with the design, integration, testing, verification, and validation of electrical or complex system designs.
• Significant experience supporting flight testing, Development Test, Operational Test, and/or combined DT/OT activities.
• Experience with ground-launched missile or munition flight-test programs.
• Experience performing system integration and test activities on missile, munition, or comparable complex defense systems.
• 6+ years of experience developing and executing advanced:
• Test plans
• Test procedures
• Test execution schedules
• Test reports
• Experience translating contractual and technical requirements into executable system-test solutions.
• Experience analyzing test results and verifying system or subsystem performance.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software interfaces and integration issues.
• Ability to support customer and key stakeholder technical reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with electrical and electronic testing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical technologies.
• Experience with COTS/GOTS component and subsystem integration.
• Experience performing integration regression testing after hardware or software changes.
• Experience supporting complete missile-system or munition-system test events.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, implement, document, and maintain system integration and test solutions.
• Support integration and testing of internally developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and complete systems.
• Translate customer and contractual requirements into system-level test solutions.
• Develop functional and technical test specifications and standards.
• Identify and resolve hardware/software interface problems.
• Define system input/output parameters and ensure proper integration across subsystems.
• Review and derive requirements for testability.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate subsystem and system testing with program teams and supporting organizations.
• Support ground-launched missile and munition flight-test activities.
• Perform Development Test and Operational Test activities.
• Analyze test data and prepare system-level verification and validation reports.
• Write discrepancy reports and support investigation of test anomalies.
• Perform regression testing to verify and validate incorporated fixes.
• Present test status, results, risks, and findings to customers and program stakeholders.
