About The Job

• Provides advanced technical and operational support for Nozomi and Dispel, including complex incident resolution, root-cause analysis, platform maintenance, and L2 guidance.

Essential Job Functions

• Resolve complex Nozomi and Dispel platform incidents and lead technical troubleshooting.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring or high-impact issues and recommend preventive actions.
• Review platform health, sensor connectivity, data ingestion, capacity, performance, and availability.
• Support patching, version maintenance, threat intelligence updates, backup, and restoration.
• Resolve complex access-control issues, policy violations, and emergency access requirements.
• Coordinate escalations with customer teams, network teams, project teams, and OEM support.
• Support operational acceptance and handover of Dispel sites after implementation and documentation completion.
• Validate SOPs, operating procedures, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
• Guide L2 support and review recurring incidents, risks, ticket trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support major incidents, problem management, approved changes, audit evidence, and service reporting.

Service Level

• L3 role focused on advanced support, complex problem resolution, RCA, operational improvement, and technical guidance.
• Solution architecture, design authority, major implementation, and transformation are excluded.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong OT/ICS cybersecurity and OT visibility platform operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Nozomi Central Management Console, Guardian sensors, or similar technologies.
• Good knowledge of secure remote access platforms such as Dispel.
• Strong understanding of OT networking, protocols, asset discovery, and data-flow troubleshooting.
• Experience with platform administration, patching, upgrades, backup, restoration, and access management.
• Strong complex-incident troubleshooting, RCA, OEM escalation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Nozomi Networks Certified Engineer or equivalent certification.
• GICSP, IEC 62443, or equivalent OT security qualification.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification and global multisite support experience.
